Meet the Leadership Team
Rajesh Agrawal served as the Deputy Mayor of London for Business from 2016 to 2023. During his tenure, he was a dedicated champion for London’s business community, creating hundreds of thousands of new jobs, attracting tens of billions in international investment, improving the working conditions of hundreds of thousands of Londoners and delivering a six-fold increase in Londoners receiving Living Wage.
As chair of London & Partners, he promoted London across the world; attract overseas organisations, events and visitors to the capital; and help retain and grow London companies. Prior to that, Rajesh cofounded and scaled up a payments platform revolutionizing international money transfers, making them more accessible and affordable for small businesses and individuals.
Rajesh is a Freeman of the City of London, Life Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA), Honorary Fellow of the University of East London and is a member of the Young President Organization (YPO).
Sandeep Dass has over 25 years of experience of working globally within the recruitment sector, having graduate with a degree in Law in 2000; initially working within the UK for a leading provider of energy and infrastructure professionals before moving overseas in 2007.
Sandeep saw the ever changing landscape within Recruitment & Resourcing and began to engage with clients via RPO, MSP and VMS delivery models across the Technology, Financial and Professional services sectors to compliment the client base he had in the global Energy and Infrastructure markets. During this time he delivered recruitment assignments in 52 different countries and managed global delivery teams across the UK, Europe and South East Asia.
Having spent 13 years living across MENA and South East Asia, Sandeep returned to the UK in 2019 and has very successfully been delivering recruitment solutions via embedded/on site recruiter delivery models. Most recently having completed assignments for Balfour Beatty UK, Lightsource bp and JERA Nex, on projects within the Nuclear, Infrastructure, Solar, Wind, EV and BESS sectors.
